Axiom Strategic Minerals Engineering Ltd is a UK-incorporated principal-led project development and delivery platform focused on originating, structuring and executing bankable mining and critical minerals infrastructure opportunities across Tanzania and the wider African resource corridor.
Axiom was established to close a specific structural gap in the African mineral sector — the distance between asset-level activity and the engineering, commercial and finance standards required for institutional capital and Western supply-chain integration. Axiom was established specifically to close that gap.
We originate, structure and deliver mineral projects from the sponsor side of the table. As principals, we define the commercial framework, integrate UK engineering and supplier content, and carry execution accountability through to bankable delivery. Axiom does not sell advisory hours, broker introductions or pass project packages between counterparties.
Axiom operates as a principal-led project developer and commercial counterparty, not a passive intermediary. Engagements are taken selectively. Each is structured around clear commercial accountability, transparent risk allocation and aligned execution outcomes our counterparties can underwrite.
The company is incorporated in England and Wales. Strategy, structuring and institutional engagement are led from the UK; project execution in Tanzania and the wider East African corridor is led by resident leadership, supported by UK supplier integration where it materially improves bankability.
